Mohd Irwan Bin Mohd Mubarak holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons) L.L.B International Islamic University Malaysia in 2002. He completed his pupilage at Messrs Aziz Zakaria Saiful & Wan in 2003.
In March 2004, he established Messrs Mohd Irwan Mohd Mubarak and became a Managing Director and has been actively involved in handling vast areas of expertise such as Commercial/Business Laws, Trade Law, Consumer/Competition Laws, Labour Laws, Arbitration/Conciliation and Debt Recover Laws, Corporate Law, Mercantile Law, IPR, Contract Negotiation, Licensing, Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Compliance and Audits. He is a skilled and excellent litigator, well versed in civil and criminal as well as skilled in executing agreements with other companies/Government agencies & advising on legal aspects.
His never ending pursuitfor knowledge results in him becoming a syarie practitioner and he has obtained syarie practicing license in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Pahang.

HUSSIN BIN MOHD RAZAK

Hussin Bin Mohd Razak graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) L.L.B in 2003. He commenced his legal career as a pupil at Messrs Bhadarul Baharain & Partners. He was successfully called to the Bar in March 2004. He continued practicing at Messrs Tee & Teoh in litigation and conveyancing and then Messrs Hwang Yap & Co in general litigation. He then focused his expertise in banking litigation in Messrs K.K Lim & Partners for 3 years.
His vast experiences gave him the determination to set up his own firm known as Messrs Hussin & Chong in 2010 and practiced in general litigation matters including contract dispute, bankruptcy and winding up, matrimonial, defamation, company law, and corporate and commercial matters. In June 2016, he joined the team as a partner and is an expert litigator. He has dealt with various litigation matters and his advocacy skills is excellent, having appeared before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. He has also diversified his advocacy skills and has obtained license as a syarie lawyer in Kuala Lumpur.

MUHAMMAD ARIF BIN SHAHARUD

Muhammad Arif Bin Shaharuddin graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2011. He then read in the chambers of Messrs Karpal Singh & Co and was successfully called to the BAR in January 2013. Thereafter, he practiced as a Legal Assistant in the same firm, Messrs Karpal Singh & Co from 2013 till 2017, serving for the Late Karpal Singh himself and is a litigator with experience handling all sorts of litigation matters, both civil and criminal.
He has appeared and presented before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Malaysia and has been involved in a lot of cases, including capital punishment cases such murder, drug trafficking and kidnapping cases.
With strong determination and motivation, he joined Messrs Mohd Irwan
Mohd Mubarak in January 2018 and leads the Penang Branch.

Mohd Saufi graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in Bachelor of Laws (Hons) L.L.B in 2003. He pursued his ambition as a pupil in Messrs Manikam Avadiar & Co and finally called to the Bar in July 2004. He then continued practicing as a Legal Assistant in the same firm until October 2005.
He continues to expand his legal journey mainly in Accident and Personal Injury (API) at Messrs G.Dorai & Co as a Legal Assistant from November 2005 till October 2018. He joined our team in November 2018 and his 15 years vast experiences have made him among the most wanted accident lawyer in the industry.

Nurul Izyan Binti Mudzafar graduated in 2010 from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) L.L.B. She commenced her pupilage at Messrs Zairina Loh & Wong on May 2010 and Messrs Mohd Irwan Mohd Mubarak on October 2010. She was then successfully called to the Bar in May 2011 and thereafter persisted in her practice at Messrs Mohd Irwan Mohd Mubarak.
Throughout her practice, she continues to sharpen her litigation skills and add on to her knowledge in litigation areas such as general litigation, breach of contract, commercial and banking matter. Besides litigation, she is specifically skilled in conveyancing matters, handling various conveyancing files in the firm where she drafting sale and purchase agreement, perfection of transfer and charge, preparing loan documentation and various other areas of conveyancing. NUR LIYANA BINTI M.ZAPAWI

Liyana successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) LLB in 2017 and Bachelor of Laws in Syariah (Hons) LLB(S) in 2018 from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She commenced her legal career as a pupil at Messrs Mohd Irwan Mohd Mubarak in 2018. After undergoing her statutory period of pupillage in the chamber of our Datuk Mohd Irwan Bin Mohd Mubarak, she succeded called to the Bar in March 2019.
Thereafter, Liyana pursued her legal career mainly in General Litigation and Accident/Personal Injury practice with MIMM in March 2019. She is involved in various kinds of litigation cases appearing before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Liyana’s flexibility and capability in adaption with the legal industry allowed her to conduct numerous cases of Civil Litigation and Accident/Personal Injury on her own. Liyana has also obtained syarie licenses in Kuala Lumpur, allowing her to build her career in Syariah Civil Litagation. Among her portfolio for the Syariah Cases, the Renunciation of Islam representing the Majlis Agama Islam
